No. Searching, filtering, opening a hotel's page and reading everything on it requires no account and no sign-up.

With dates selected, the price on screen covers the whole stay, taxes included, for the occupancy you chose — and it is per room, never per person. Without dates, the site shows the nightly rate from, taxes included, and says in the same sentence that it is per night. The only things outside the total are the fees the hotel charges at the front desk, and those are declared with amounts before you pay.

Portuguese and Spanish. Each hotel appears in the language its description was approved in, and there is no machine translation: a hotel may exist in Portuguese and not yet exist in Spanish.

The hotel's policy sits on its page, with every tier, including no-show. At payment time it appears in reais and with your booking dates, before you confirm.

It can, and the change only applies to new bookings. Your booking carries the policy that was on screen when you booked, all the way through.

A confirmed booking unlocks the Tuggi audio guide in the app, from check-in until 24 hours after check-out. It is one window per booking, for the lead guest: inside it there is no daily allowance and no hours to spend, and it neither uses up nor replaces what you already had in the app.

While the stay window is open, yes: you can download the area before you head out and listen with no network. Once it closes, the app goes back to how it was before the booking.

Only the ones it declared in its listing and that appear on the hotel's page: cleaning fee, parking fee when parking is mandatory, and the municipal tourism tax where the municipality's law created one. Anything not declared there can't be charged at the counter.

Photo ID or driver's license of the lead guest, a document for each child and a passport for foreign guests. You fill in the FNRH guest form before you arrive.
