The total price before you pay
With your dates chosen, the amount covers the whole stay, taxes included. Any fee the hotel charges on site is declared before you pay.
With your dates chosen, the big number on screen covers the whole stay, for whoever is sleeping in the room — never a price per person. With no dates chosen, what you see is the lowest nightly rate available, said with the words per night and with its condition next to it: it's there to compare, it isn't what you pay. Fees the hotel charges at the front desk are declared, with amounts, before you pay; anything not on that list can't be charged at the counter.
Clear cancellation
The rule appears before you pay, in reais and with your booking dates.
The hotel's policy sits on its page, with every tier, before any checkout. At payment time it appears again in reais and with your booking dates, so you know how much comes back if you cancel. If the hotel changes its policy later, your booking keeps the rule that was on screen when you booked.
Audio guide included
A confirmed booking unlocks the Tuggi audio guide from check-in until 24 h after check-out.
It's one window per booking, for the lead guest, and inside it there's no daily allowance and no hours to spend. While it's open you can download the area and listen without an internet connection. When the trip ends the window closes — and nothing you already had in the app is touched.
