Its own page, in Portuguese and Spanish
Every published hotel gets its own address on the site, one per language, with photos, amenities, house policy and the cancellation rule. That page is what guests find when they look for where to stay in the region, and it keeps answering even if the hotel leaves the shopfront.
Reserveon writes the description, you approve it
You check what the hotel has; the platform writes the text in both languages from your listing. Nothing is published without your approval, and editing it word by word is a valid path. The checkmarks also feed search: the hotel shows up under the matching filter even if the text doesn't repeat the word.
Guests arrive knowing what they agreed to
They saw the total for the stay with taxes, read your house policy and your cancellation rule before paying, and know which fees you charge at the front desk. Anything not declared in your listing isn't shown to them — and can't be charged at the counter.
The audio guide is on Tuggi
Whoever books gets the Tuggi app audio guide during the stay. The hotel doesn't pay for it and nothing in your offer changes because of it.
Your payout is released after check-in
The guest pays at booking and the hotel's share is released after their check-in, never upfront. The reason is straightforward: cancellations and no-shows return money to the guest, and releasing earlier would mean clawing it back. It goes to the bank account of the CNPJ on the listing, and every payout identifies the booking on the statement.
What the listing will ask for
CNPJ and articles of incorporation, operating license, fire safety certificate (AVCB), health license where the municipality or breakfast service requires one, and Cadastur — the upload is waived when the CNPJ lookup finds a valid registration. An expired document suspends sales until it is renewed and never cancels a booking already confirmed.
